Abstract:
To overtake the approaches based on the resolution of a productive problem, this text analyses territorial dynamics through labour. The notion of hybridisation, which enhances the entanglement of the labour forms and statutes, characterises the current phase of capitalism. Mobility and flexibility are the key-words. The recent evolution of the Italian industrial districts, analysed through such a perspective, is taken in order to stress the spatial consequences of the diversity of labour statutes. This task being uneasy, it appears that an approach in terms of solidarity economics would highlight the issue of territorial dynamics. Classification JEL : J29, J60, R30.
