Réplication des institutions et convergence des territoires

Revue d'économie régionale et urbaine, 2006, vol. juillet, issue 2, 281-301
Abstract:
The prediction of an institutional convergence between territories by institutional replication, must take into account the interdependence of institutions which characterizes the identity of territories, more than the replication itself. Basing the interdependence of institutions on the hayekian concept of institutional order, this paper defines the conditions of a genuine convergence, and draws many consequences for the relative efficiency of several replication policies.
