Abstract: This paper seeks to evaluate the monetary damages of the key economic activities of the region Provence Alpes Côte d?Azur for the natural flood risk within an applied general equilibrium model framework. Using as a reference the centennial flood of December 2003, we build a static model integrating the technical parameter ?inundation? to the agricultural and commercial regional activities. By using three simulations, we study the system equilibrium return having undergone a shock. The results show a higher level of vulnerability of the agricultural activities at the natural risk of flood but more important marginal effects of the commercial activities on the regional economy.
