Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the issues of airport reform on regional and local airports and their relationships with airlines (traditional and low cost). To develop our analysis, we propose a model of cooperative game to describe the effects of the implementation strategies of airport competition and cooperation and their impact on the airlines.
