Abstract: We built a database of all actions funded by the Île-de-France Region in the field of the fight against discrimination and for equality between women and men from January 2008 to March 2012. 455 actions have been found. There are particular in their purpose, procedures for implementing, the public who benefit and territories where it unfolds. Nevertheless common features characterize regional policy. Actions are mainly carried out by associations which are a major player in the fight against discrimination. The logic of project financing, inherent in these devices, leads to coordination failures that induce inequalities according to a particular subdomain. This differential treatment of public doubles as a difference in the territorial coverage of the devices. The Paris territories are unevenly covered by devices against discrimination.
