Abstract:
This paper is a general presentation and discussion about field experiments on hiring discrimination focusing on implementation, results and limits of this experimental procedure. Most of field experiments applied to french labor market show that job applicants are at risk to face discriminations about gender, ethnic origin, location of housing and presumed religion.
