L'appréciation des personnels. Évaluer n'est pas expliciter

Abstract:
Whereas most of evaluation pratices tend to explicit the object they study, performance appraisal systems cannot explicit the terms of the job relation. In order to endure, the job relation must be largely implicit. Performance appraisal appears to be, therefore, more a way of putting pressure on staff members than a rational evaluation of the terms which tie employers and employees.
