L'apprentissage organisationnel et son impact sur la performance des processus

Gilles Lambert and Noufou Ouédraogo

Revue française de gestion, 2006, vol. 166, issue 7, 15-32

Abstract: Following the research of Mukerjee et al. (1998) concerning the TQM framework, we identify the constructs of the organizational learning on the base of ISO certification. Studying 132 French industrial processes certified by ISO, we emphasize the impacts on the organizational performances. Despite strong differences concerning theses two approaches, the results are similar in terms of operational and conceptual learnings, not in term of scope of learning.
