Revue française de gestion, 2007, vol. 171, issue 2, 15-30
Abstract:
The contribution underlines that considering the performance as the result of the ability to change the organization is a way to assimilate development and performance. This statement is already deepened by the ?reengineering? thinkers. It is evidenced here that F. Perroux?s work is a useful matrix of the literature of performance by change to analyse performance by change. The economist is particularly concerned by the importance of human factors and of general relevance. The common points between performance and development enlighten big evolutions in the environment.
