Abstract:
The aim of this article is to analyze the logics of implementation of the ICT in the Health Care Sector in Quebec (Canada). This analysis rests on the results of research undertaken during last years. I this article, we describe two logics of implementation which enters in confrontation within the organizations: a technical-economical logic and a medical- integrative logic. His confrontation is revealing of a tension; this one taking its source in the coexistence of a ?productive requirement? and a ?creative requirement? within the organizations of the Health Care Sector.
