Éthique, gouvernance et corruption

Abstract:
We witness nowadays a notable increase of the repressive standards as far as corruption is concerned, consequently to the ratification of the European and International Conventions. New offences were established inducing the field of incrimination extension to the private sector. Nevertheless, that normative extension leads to its efficiency issue as a mean of fight against such a curse, and as a tool for restoration of loyalty in commercial transactions. It seems that even if the law is a requirement, its increase contributes to make the fight against corruption perfectible. This analysis makes us question ourselves about new means, complimentary to the law, with the purpose of a more ethical corporate governance of the firms.
