Piloter la supply chain de produits qui ne se vendent pas
Laurent Chevreux
Revue française de gestion, 2008, vol. n° 186, issue 6, 117-132
Abstract:
This article, based on analyses of real cases, addresses the issue of shelf assortment and replenishment in points of sales. The detailed case presents the results of a supply chain management mode that resulted into an increase of sales way above 5%, without increasing inventories nor costs and even with a reduction of the management workload. The principles described should be applicable in most product distribution sectors.
