Abstract:
This article aims at determining whether the attributes of the social networks of individuals at the origin of a creative idea, affect the type of project developed, in an ambidextrous organisation. Eleven creative projects have been analysed in a R&D centre of a semiconductor company. The structure of networks appropriate for exploration and exploitation innovations are underlined as well as actors?purposes and motives to trigger them.
