Revue française de gestion, 2010, vol. n° 202, issue 3, 127-143
Abstract:
The paper explores the issue of business networks among female entrepreneurs in terms of gender. The aim is to explore these womens perceptions and behaviours and to understand related difficulties. Our contribution is double. We identify factors contributing to network construction with a focus on individual perceptions and offer an explanation for the difficulties women face.
