Comment l'entreprise multinationale peut-elle lutter contre la pauvreté ?. Le cas de Danone en Pologne

Abstract: This article contributes to a better understanding of the phenomenon of building strategies against poverty. Research mobilizes the literature on social responsibility of multinational firms and relies on a process of co-construction of these strategies by headquarters and subsidiaries, to describe the various phases of formulation and implementation of the Danone Group CSR/BoP strategy. The robustness of the framework is discussed in terms of its ability to meet three main challenges: strategic innovation, local experimentation and leadership.
