L'entrepreneuriat des seniors comme quête existentielle

Abstract:
Seniors? entrepreneurship only allows clarifying the dialogical relation of the entrepreneur and his/her enterprise and help to develop the practice of coaching. A creation situated at the end of professional life shows the existential dimension of any project. We identify from the study of this real phenomenon three movements of transmission that define the entrepreneurial dynamics : existential, experiential and cultural. Each one is a condition of durability for the enterprise.
