Abstract:
This research aims at better understanding of the attitudes of local employees and expatriates toward expatriation concept to identify factors of expatriation failure or success. It provides a broader view on expatriation in multinational companies in Morocco and Tunisia, two countries that offer a similar framework to international companies. We studied the managerial implications in order to improve the efficiency of companies that decide to expatriate some employees.
