Abstract:
In today?s market, going beyond company boundaries with suppliers and customers is a source of value creation for customers. Nevertheless, it requires coordination and collaboration along the whole supply chain. Supply chain management (SCM) has recently been an important source of innovation for and between suppliers and customers providing recent new directions for these inter-organisational innovative practices. The objective of this article is to characterize these practices and to evaluate what are their effects on the performance of the supply chain.
