Abstract:
Professional talent is a concept that has become increasingly sought after for the last 20 years. This article focuses on the involvement of talent in the development of ETI. It discusses, first, the contributions of the literature that defines the notion of professional talent, its characteristics and its management. The article then goes on to present an exploratory study. Respondents expressed their views on the strategic importance of talent for the development of their medium-sized firms. Whether operational or management teams, human capital has a key role where talent is sought. The study shows the main key dimensions of the concept of talent and leverage of talent management in the meduim-sized firms.
