Abstract: This article concerns a conceptual model to analyze error in the decision-making situation. This model is built around the concepts of management situation, theory of situation awareness and identification of gaps in the decision by the characteristics of the cognitive error. This article contributes to the identification of potential learning within moving organizations. The case study is about of a situation of air management involving an amphibious aircraft of French civil protection.
