Abstract: Does intrapreneurship make sense in a community organization? The experience ?Retraite dans la Ville? allows us to test the model of Ireland et al. (2006) in a specific context and to highlight a fifth lever, that we have called ?presence?. In an organization characterized by largely internalized behaviors, the relation to the other is indeed different and able to offer a fundamentally different frame for intrapreneurship.
