Quand l’intelligence artificielle théorisera les organisations

Abstract:
This article explores the possibility that machine intelligence can theorize organizations; and that it will do so better than human intelligence in the near future. Most models of machine learning are automated statistical processes that are barely capable of formal induction and do not generate new theories, but rather recognize a pre-existing order. Human theories are embodied; they arise from an organic link to the world, from which theorists cannot escape. This paper considers overcoming this obstacle to accommodate a theoretical revolution brought about by AI.
