Abstract:
This article aims to understand to what extent the liberated company represents a real concept that brings new knowledge. To do so, a systematic literature review is carried out. Three key results emerge: (1) liberated company can be considered as a real concept and not just a label; (2) Borrowing from several previous concepts, without being limited to any of them, the liberated company is formed by a recombination of attributes that gives it radical novelty, both conceptual and contextual; (3) This analysis highlights the concept utility by identifying hot research topics and promising research avenues.
