La religion au travail. Quelles réactions des salariés pratiquants après le conflit ?

Abstract:
This article aims to contribute to shed light on the black box that represents the post-interaction phase between an employee whose behavior at work reflects his religiosity and management. We study the question of how religious practitioners react to a managerial action that constrains their practice, restricts the exercise of their religious freedom and thus calls into question the way they had envisaged the articulation between their religious and professional practices. We rely on the results of a qualitative empirical study (two periods of interviews, 31 then 26 interviews). We identify three types of strategies implemented by the individuals. We study the conditions of their deployment as well as the consequences for the practitioners and for the management.
