Abstract:
Conceptualisations of the business model essentially serve the design function or the redesign function of finalised organisations dear to the manager. The use of the business model as a diagnostic tool has not been empirically appreciated, whereas the idea of using it to uncover a model and discuss it before imagining its redefinition seems a necessary prerequisite. The present article deploys an action-research on the field of the CIBC 33 association (Inter-institutional centre for skills assessment of the Gironde).
