Abstract:
Organizations have a legal obligation to prevent psychosocial risks. As a result, they use management tools in a strategic way. This qualitative study conducted in a banking group, shows that the use of an evaluation questionnaire contributes to an objectification of psychosocial risks, to a normalization of their existence, as well as to an individualization of their causes. Our results criticize the use of management tools in the representation, understanding and prevention of psychosocial risks.
