Abstract:
While experiential learning programs are spreading rapidly in higher education, management instructors receive little guidance to help them design and improve them. Analyzing the reflections of 726 students, we propose a method to help design and pilot ELP by identifying three key dimensions: contextualization, group dynamics and transferable methods. Based on experience feedback, these elements open up avenues for theoretical (Kolb, 1984; Mesny et al., 2021) and practical (nature of the challenges, facilitating coaches, practitioner testimonies, etc.) developments in various contexts.
