Abstract:
In this article we study the link between individual reflexivity and the organisation in the context of ecological transition. Based on a qualitative approach, our results show that ecological reflexivity initiates a commitment to the ecological transition at various levels. However, this reflexive process also introduces dissonances among certain organisational actors. We discuss these results with a view to dynamically illustrating the link between reflexivity and the change of practice it engenders, and the impact of this dynamic within organizations.
