Abstract:
This article explores the impact of the use of enterprise social networks (ESNs) on corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies. The authors aim to shed light on how these networks influence the development of CSR policies. To do so, they carried out a qualitative empirical study of three major French companies listed on the CAC 40 index. This research highlights the role of ESNs in fostering and creating opportunities for dialogue on the integration and promotion of new CSR practices co-constructed with stakeholders.
