Quelques convergences remarquables entre l'Économie des Conventions et la Théorie de la Régulation

Franck Bessis

Revue française de socio-Economie, 2008, vol. n° 1, issue 1, 9-25

Abstract: This article introduces a positive definition of the heterodox analysis of institutions with a special emphasis given to the radical uncertainty hypothesis. This hypothesis provides the basis of a parallel presentation of two of the main French current heterodox approaches: the French Convention School and the Regulation Theory. Such a presentation enables to stress the main convergences between these approaches on the importance of regularities in conducts and expectations, their articulations with institutions and the principles of coherence required between these elements.
