Le recrutement du médecin en unité de soins palliatifs. Sélections, désignation et habilitations

Abstract:
This paper considers recruitment as a lengthy process that can take place over several years. In Palliative Care Units, in closed job market, doctors try to detect specific blooming skills in learners. Those in which this potential is identified will see themselves appointed to the job and authorized by their peers. This first authorization is to be followed by a second one, this time by the professionals working in the unit, acting as a judging collective.
