Abstract:
From a quantitative survey of administrative records, observations of recruitment interviews and semi-structured interviews, this article reports the recruitment process in sandwich training. We first try to understand what makes the selection. Then we show in what ways and on what criteria this selection process. To conclude, we show that the recruitment channel formed by the sandwich training tends to develop selectivity.
