Abstract:
French Public employment service developed a recruitment technique branded ?méthode de recrutement par simulation?, based on practical exercices sat by applicants. The Selection is designed to get rid of the résumé as a screening device. This article describes the Socio-economical configuration in which this method is plugged. The study highlights that intermediaries? valuation by recruiters is as important as applicants? valuation by intermediaries to understand how selection devices shape the labour market.
