Abstract:
The paper investigates some case studies of interaction between public authorities and social economy initiatives in the framework of the Italian law 109/96 on the ?Dispositive dealing with the managing and destination of goods confiscated/seized from mafia?. It is about an instructive example, although specific, in the way social economy initiatives can provide ?matrix of action? able to modify the modalities of public action.
