Abstract:
Social partnerships between social enterprises and commercial enterprises have been rising for about fifteen years. Through the lens of the ?economics of conventions? school, we investigate three case-studies in the field of work integration. Our case-studies show that social partnerships rest on an agreement about what integration means. However, these compromises between social enterprises and commercial enterprises can be more or less demanding.
