Abstract:
This paper shows how the implementation of a new administrative pricing system in home care services has contributed to creating uniform pricing practices between non-profit and for-profit services. Most importantly, it shows how a new valuation convention has been created, based on new public management principles and on the socio-historical construction of home care public funding.
