Qu’apporte une perspective socio-économique à la connaissance de la sexualité ?

Michel Bozon

Revue française de socio-Economie, 2020, vol. n° 25, issue 2, 29-40

Abstract: While much social science research has focused on mobilizations, policies, and institutions related to sexuality, more rarely does the analysis consider sexual phenomena from an economic perspective. Are socioeconomic approaches to sexuality mainly metaphorical or do they have heuristic value? This article deals with this question by attempting to combine two sociological currents that approach their object in a different way.
