Abstract:
The digital age and rise of data capture devices offer new opportunities for health prevention to be closer to individuals. The development of behavioural economics creates new approaches to act on individual health behaviours. Seldom used by public authorities, these new techniques spread among private insurers, offering new personalized and behavioural insurance products, far from the status of ?blind payer? provided by the French health system. Through the study of the conception and implementation of a health prevention programme, we shed light on the modality and issues of the encounter of insurance, prevention and behavioural economics.
