Abstract: On a theoretical perspective, the French Code of intellectual property makes possible unlimited ?subdivisions? of ownership on author?s rights between different persons, by agreement. This is very problematic in a practical perspective. These subdivisions of author?s right by mean of ?operating modes? shall produce some kinds of simultaneous properties, in certain occurrences. And the question is : ?who owns what ?? So, it is necessary to frame subdivisions by mean of a new theoretical approach.
