Abstract: the integration of investments in the field of the common commercial policy of the European Union in order to draw conclusions, while it becomes clear that investments law is about to evolve significantly. Despite the criticism raised again investments arbitration, the legal framework provided by the notion of fair and just treatment is drown from the arbitration practice.
