Le contrat international de construction

Revue internationale de droit économique, 2018, vol. t. XXXII, issue 1, 5-15
Abstract:
Despite the existence of international projects, publications about construction law, understood as the area of law that deals with the contractual operations of the construction of works and the responsibilities that may result, are not interested in international construction contracts. One would think that international construction contracts did not exist, or that?rather curiously considering both the roles played by willingness and the internationalization of businesses?authors believe that a contract deserves to be studied only from the moment it becomes recognized by law.
