Concurrence des normativités: un point de vue économique

Revue internationale de droit économique, 2018, vol. t. XXXII, issue 3, 269-279
Abstract:
The article first questions the existence of a tension between the politico-legal model of sovereignty and the other mechanisms of normativity. Secondly, we explore the role that economic analysis can play in understanding the phenomenon of competition between normativities. The relationships between the normativity of the state and market normativity are examined successively, followed by the transition from a hybrid normativity based on new forms of cooperation that now leave room for a normativity that tends to become autonomous through the digital transformation society.
