Ordre public économique et pouvoirs privés économiques: le droit de la concurrence cœur de l’ordre public économique
Patrice Reis
Revue internationale de droit économique, 2019, vol. t. XXXIII, issue 1, 11-22
Abstract:
Competition law is rightly considered to be the heart of the economic public order, however it is too often limited to solely taking into account antitrust law. In the defense of the economic public order, it is not, and cannot, be so limited; the law of restrictive practices of competition and, to a lesser extent, the law of unfair competition also contribute to the safeguarding of the economic public order.
