Abstract:
Economic law is considered a scientific and practical discipline, a discipline of synthesis and sharing that takes a multidisciplinary, methodological approach, drawing on law (public and private), economics, social sciences, and ethics and values. It is geared toward putting balanced and fair rules into perspective in the context of the globalized world economy. In this sense, it must be an instrument at the service of collective development. It constitutes an opportunity to better integrate Africa into the world economy that ought to be seized.
