Abstract:
This article highlights the advantages and limitations of the correspondence testing method that is used to collect experimental data to estimate hiring discrimination. An illustration of this method is given from the study of Duguet, L?Horty, du Parquet, Petit and Sari (2010) which evaluates the spatial hiring discrimination by sex and origin in the occupation of computer developer in the Region Île-de-France.
