Abstract:
Thirty years ago, a lot of governments introduced in public services a new management based on efficacity and efficiency. This type of management inherited from private sector management is the basis of New Public Management. With the principles of NPM as background, we observe the changes in public service in Wallonia in the last fifteen years. A particular attention is paid to the process of agencification.
