Argentine: les leçons de la sortie de crise

Abstract:
Since the 2001-2002 crisis, macroeconomic rules in Argentina have changed. Today, the official view proclaims the existence of a virtuous circle, which would characterise the national economy. In fact, change does indeed exist, but it is based not only on crisis management policies but also on the institutional regime inherited from the 1990s. Besides the conditions that made the present economic regime possible, the latter?s limits are making themselves felt ; the persevering existence of inequalities characteristic of the country?s economic and social order is one of them, and a major one at that.
