Abstract:
The Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan highlights the globalization of this political space where a complex architecture of actors fights to control the power. The democratic assistance has facilitated the birth of new kind of local actors like Koalitsia, a national NGO?s network. This NGO coalition played a key role as electoral observers. Beyond actors, Koalitsia expresses the emergence of a new transnational political system which muschroomed in different parts of the world and which modifies the exercise of power, the sovereignity and the legitimacy of political spaces in several societies.
