Abstract: Development is humanly sustainable if he respects the person while considering social and preserving nature. There are physical, mental and ethics costs which don?t appear in social indicators and at the level of the society, social and societal sustainability may be contradictory. In this framework, the person is vulnerable, destructible and then faillible. Human sacrifices are clearly accepted. A human and social precaution principle is required in order to avoid untolerable violences.
