Abstract:
This paper analyses the main changes in the global economy as well as their effects on the real power of countries that have great potential power. The analysis of the evolution of effective power in the era of economic globalization deals with trade, productive, technological, monetary and financial dimensions. The main conclusions are: the relative increase of the economic power of China and the relative stability of the economic power of the United Sates after the crisis of 2008.
